MagicMail Webmail Interface SPAM Management
Our MagicMail Server offers a user friendly and intuitive web-based interface to help you manage your mail. You can manage all of your anti-SPAM settings from this interface as well.
1. From the Filer Mutual web site, click on the "Webmail Main Menu" link.
2. Login using your full email address and password. Then click [Login]

3. Select "Spam Management" from the Main Menu. (Red arrow)

4. The "Normal" option is selected by default. This will catch most junk email and you shouldn't need to do anything else.
5. However, if you feel some legitimate mail may be caught by the SPAM filter, select the second option "Normal (w/Quarantine)." This will tell the server to forward any questionable mail to your "Quarantined Mail" folder for you to decide how to deliver it.
6. "Strict" is another option that functions just like Option 1. However the filter rules applied here are much more strict and may result in many more "false positives." Use with caution!
7. The last option "Customize Rules" is not recommended unless you are a more advanced user.
Blacklist
To add email addresses to your "blacklist," meaning you do not want email from a particular sender to ever be delivered to your inbox, select the "From: Blacklist" icon (blue arrow above).

Whitelist
To add email addresses to your "whitelist," meaning you always want messages from a particular sender to be delivered to your inbox, click the "From: Whitelist" icon (green arrow above)
