Have you ever opened up your computer case attempting to repair it yourself but quickly found yourself in way over your head?  The Filer Mutual IT staff is here to get you out of a jam.  Our technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and will diagnose your problem quickly and get it fixed in a timely manner.

Basic Pricing:

• Computer Repair Service                                        $50.00 per hour

• Computer Diagnostic:                                              $25.00

• 10/100 Fast Ethernet Network Interface Card:        $39.99 (includes installation)

We can usually complete a repair job within one business day.  Our hourly rate is applied to actual time spent working on the computer.  We do not sell software.  If you require any software installed or re-installed, you must provide us with the CD media.

We do not perform repairs "while-you-wait."  You can drop off your computer anytime during our business hours.  If you need assistance moving your computer, we can arrange for pick-up and delivery for a nominal fee.
